🌙Ingredients
-Dough
240g(1cup) warm water
2 eggs
75g(1/3cup) metled unsalted butter
630g(4 1/2cups) bread flour
8g(1tsp) salt
100g(1/2cup) sugar
10g(2 1/2tsp) dry yeast

-cinnamon sugar mix
145g(2/3cup) light brown sugar
6g(2tsp) ground cinnamon
56g(1/4cup) melted unsalted butter

-frosting
85g(3oz) cream cheese
56g(1/4cup) unsalted butter
240g(1 1/2cup) icing sugar
3g(1/2tsp) vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

1. In a mixer, put bread flour, salt, sugar, dry yeast, warm water and eggs. Mix until crumbly texture. And add melted unsalted butter and knead for 13-17min with mixer. If you make by your hand, knead up to 17~20min.
2. When surface of the dough is smooth and shiny, cover the dough with plastic wrap, and rise for 1 hour in room temp.
3. While dough is rising, prepare the cinnamon-sugar mixture. In a bowl, put light brown sugar and ground cinnamon. With spoon, mix until well combined.
4. Roll the dough into 16*20 inches. Spread the butter with brush or spoon, and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture onto the buttered dough. Roll the dough, and pinch the end of the dough. Don’t roll tightly.
5. Cut the dough into 8~ pieces. Place the dough into 9*13 inch pan. Let it rise for 1~1hour 30min. While dough is rising, preheat the oven to 190C / 375F.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15~20min.(It could take up to 25min, It really depends on how close your dough is, or your pan.)
7. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, let’s make the frosting. In a bowl, whip the cream cheese and unsalted butter. And add icing sugar, vanilla extract and salt. When the rolls are baked, spread the frosting over the hot rolls.
