Our Women in CX Founder and CEO, Clare Muscutt, was nominated by her peers for CX Professional of the Year in a category recognising the CX Leader that has most inspired them and is a service to the Global CX Community.

From that list of CX Professionals, 10 became Finalists and Clare was awarded joint first prize with Hussein Dajani, Partner at Deloitte Digital in the UAE.

She was asked to film a video to thank the judges for her nomination, to share her career story and her thoughts on what Customer Experience as a discipline means to her.
