this song is about an old Russian folk tale in the song the character called father frost is mentioned this implies that the song takes place before the frost maiden was born because in the original story the character is named grand father frost
the song touch tone telephone is about a man obsessed with the super natural, being alien's and mythical creatures trying to get the courage to talk on a live talk radio but then getting nervous because he knows how people will think he's crazy notable names of Robert stack and Leonard Nimoy these are very well known super natural talk show host personally this reminds me of the story of a guy who called a radio station claiming he worked at area 51 and had came in contact with extra terrestrial beings then calling back a couple days later sounding like he had a gun pointed to his head while stated he lied about everything but this story has never been confirmed to be connect and probably never will
