Radiation Therapy क्या है?
Radiation Therapy एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है जिसमें एक विशेष मशीन के माध्यम से कैंसर कोशिकाओं को लक्षित किया जाता है। इस प्रक्रिया में आपको मशीन के नीचे लेटना होता है और रेडिएशन की किरणें आपके शरीर पर परोसी जाती हैं। यह सेशन आमतौर पर 10-15 मिनट का होता है और Breast Cancer के लिए सामान्यतः 15-16 सत्र होते हैं, जो तीन से चार हफ्तों में पूरा हो जाता है। आजकल की तकनीकें इतनी उन्नत हो चुकी हैं कि Side Effects बहुत ही कम हो गए हैं।

Radiation Therapy के लिए कितना समय लगता है?
रेडिएशन थैरेपी के सत्र आमतौर पर 10 से 15 मिनट के होते हैं। Breast Cancer के उपचार के लिए सामान्यतः 15 से 16 सत्र होते हैं, जो लगभग तीन से चार हफ्तों में समाप्त हो जाते हैं।

Radiation Therapy के Side Effect:
Skin Changes: Redness, Irritation, या Dryness.
Fatigue: असामान्य थकावट या कमजोरी।
Nausea:: खासकर यदि रे Radiation पेट के आसपास की जाती है।
Hair Loss: इलाज किए गए क्षेत्र में।
Swelling: उपचारित क्षेत्र में, जिससे असुविधा हो सकती है।
ये Side Effect आमतौर पर अस्थायी होते हैं और उचित देखभाल से मैनेज किए जा सकते हैं।
