In this video I am going to show you the using of Continuous Compound Interest Formula by solving a problem example.

The problem is
If a 1000 dollars is borrowed at 8% interest, Find the amounts due at the end of 3 years if the interest is compounded
a) quarterly
b) Continuously
The Formulas we will use to solve this problem are
A(t) = A_0 ( 1 + r/n ) ^nt ( If compound of specific duration is required)
A(t) = A_0 e^rt ( if continuous compound required)

So first of all we need to understand the problems clearly and choose the formula which will applicable for the problem.
