Hey guys! Welcome back to Hannah's Kitchen Corner. In today's video we will be making Homemade Blueberry Jam. Jam is easy to find at stores and at a good price. But making it at home, gives you this good feeling of knowing that you're eating healthy food. So, enjoy this recipe and share it with ALL you're family and friends!
You will need,
2 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
4 tbsp. Chia seeds
4 tbsp. Maple syrup

Instructions:
1. In a medium heated pot put blueberries
2. Smash the blueberries well then add chia seeds and maple syrup
3. Mix well until it has reached your desired consistency
4. Add to your pb&j sandwich or add to your parfait, Enjoy!
