GRUSELIGE FUNDE 💀👻 und wieder ALARM AUSGELÖST 🚨 in einer BURG AUS DEM MITTELALTER 🔎 Lost Place

Norditalien im 18. Jahrhundert! Aus einem ehemals alleinstehenden prächtigen Turm erwächst im Laufe der Zeit eine der schönsten Burganlagen der gesamten Region. Es WAR einmal ein herrschaftliches Anwesen gewesen, doch dann kam das schwere Erdbeben von 2012 und zerstörte einen Großteil der Anlage. Doch so schnell wollte man sich offensichtlich nicht geschlagen geben und begann vor zwei Jahren zumindest einmal mit der Sicherung der Burg, indem man um das komplette Hauptgebäude herum ein Gerüst aufbaute.

Aber nicht nur das: zusätzlich wurden Bewegungsmelder und Alarmanlagen installiert, um unerwünschte Besucher davon abzuhalten, die begehbaren Reste der maroden Burg zu betreten. Dass diese funktionieren, bekommen wir bei unserem ersten Infiltrationsversuch lautstark zu hören, aber so schnell geben wir nicht auf und mit etwas Abstand, einigen Fehlversuchen und jeder Menge Mut schaffen wir es schließlich doch noch hinein in die mittelalterliche Burg.

Die Mühen haben sich definitiv gelohnt, denn das Castello del Gigante WAR und IST in meinen Augen einer der schönsten verlorenen Orte Italiens …

Northern Italy in the 18th century! Over time, one of the most beautiful castles in the entire region emerges from a formerly magnificent tower. It had once been a stately home, but then came the massive 2012 earthquake and destroyed much of the structure. But obviously, the owners didn’t surrender and began securing the castle two years ago by building a scaffolding around the entire main building.

But not only that: in addition, motion detectors and alarm systems were installed to prevent unwanted visitors from entering the remains of the ailing castle. Our first infiltration attempt fails because of those security measures, but we do not want to give up that quickly and with a little distance, some failures and a lot of courage, we finally make it into the medieval castle.

The effort was definitely worth it, because in my humble opinion the Castello del Gigante WAS and IS one of the most beautiful lost places in Italy ...
