Welcome back to MOROCCO! Today we are taking you on a Moroccan Food journey from the ancient city of Fes, all the way to the Moroccan Sahara (Merzouga), while eating unique Moroccan dishes along the way. Make sure to watch until the end, this was a one-of-a-kind experience!!!

We started the day at Riad Dar Chrifa (https://instagram.com/riad.darchrifa?...) in the Fes Medina for breakfast. It was, again, a massive Moroccan spread. We had Khlea (dried meat preserved in fat) with eggs, Beghrir (Moroccan pancakes), traditional donuts, Hssoua (barley & milk soup), and lots of homemade breads and muffins. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious! A big thank you to the family of Riad Dar Chrifa for having us for breakfast and kind hospitality. After breakfast, it was time to hit the road!

On our way south, we stopped at a Rainbow Trout fishery. There, visitors can check out the live trout, catch and take away fresh fish. We drove to the restaurant Annour Chez Hassan where they take your trout and cook it Moroccan style. It was seasoned with Moroccan spices and grilled over charcoal. Alongside the trout, we also ate tajine, and Moroccan salads. Such an amazing meal on our road trip to Merzouga!
