A day trip to see The Household Cavalry on Holkham beach! Something we have always wanted to do and it was an amazing experience to see them all enjoying their time on the beach. After a good trot and canter the horses are bought into a sectioned off area and their saddles removed so the horses can roll in the sand. Then they all head off to the sea for a good splash in the waves and some of the horses even enjoy a swim!
