Gay LDS author Tom Christofferson interviews Darius Gray. Darius talks about his experience as a convert and a black member of the church before the ban prohibiting blacks from receiving the priesthood was reversed in 1978.

Darius is the author of several books. He has experience working as a journalist and worked as director of the Freedman's Bank Records project for the LDS Church. Darius was a counselor in the presidency for the church's Genesis Group. He studied at BYU and earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah
