How To Enter Stripe Sales into QuickBooks Online

In this video, we will be discussing how to enter Stripe numbers (Stripe Sales, Refunds, Stripe Fees, Stripe Balance Increase, etc) into QuickBooks Online. For this particular method, we will be creating a Journal Entry Template that will be used to copy and paste numbers from the "Balance Report" in Stripe into our QuickBooks Online file in order to properly account for these numbers with our Bookkeeping. I like this method because it is easy, doesn't require an integration setup, and can be entered in whatever time frame you like because it doesn't directly affect the bank account and/or your bank account monthly reconciliations. We will first go over enter the needed associated Chart of Account Accounts in our QBO file, then we will go over creating the Journal Entry Template for future use, then you can watch as I enter a real-life example of month Stripe Sales into QuickBooks Online using the new journal entry template, and finally, we will show how the financial reports are affected and the rest of the "backend" tasks remaining in this workflow including how to record the Stripe funds transfers into your regular bank account.
