Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 350g
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
-Gajar (Carrot) grated ½ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Olper’s cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp
Prepare Dough:
-Water 2 Cups
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Maida (Al-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add garlic,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add green chilli paste,carrot,corn kernels,pink salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,white pepper powder,paprika powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-On low flame,add cream,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Dough:
-In a wok,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add pink salt,butter,mix well & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well until dough is formed.
-Turn off the flame,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Knead until smooth dough is formed (2-3 minutes).
-Divide the dough into 4 portions,take one portion,make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut out the dough with the help of 4 inches round cutter.
-On each round dough,place prepared creamy chicken filling & flip the other side on it to make a half-moon shape & press gently to seal the edges.
-Dip half-moon pies in whisked egg then coat with breadcrumbs.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry half-moon pies on medium flame until golden & crispy (makes 20).
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Lehsan aur chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hari mirch paste,gajar,corn kernels,pink salt,kali mirch powdet,zeera powder,safed mirch powder & paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
-Karahi mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Pink salt aur makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur melt ker lein.
-Maida dal dein aur dough form ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein (2-3 minutes).
-Dough ko 4 portions mein divide ker lein,ek portion la ker ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ko 4 inches round cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Round dough per tayyar creamy chicken filling dal dein aur dosri side ko flip ker ka half-moon shape bana lein aur edges ko gently press ker ka seal ker lein.
-Half-moon pies ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein phir breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur half-moon pies ko darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 20).
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
