I recently had the incredible opportunity to host my first AWS Cloud Club event as the AWS Cloud Club Captain at AWS Cloud Club BRAC University! It was an honor to welcome Stephen Howell as our guest speaker, who shared his invaluable insights on cloud computing, AWS, and his professional experiences in the field.

During the event, Stephen introduced us to the world of cloud computing and AWS. He provided hands-on demonstrations of powerful AI services like Amazon Rekognition for image analysis and Amazon Bedrock for generative AI. Stephen showed how Bedrock's foundational models like Titan can generate functional code from natural language descriptions. The energy in the room was electric, with participants actively engaging and asking thought-provoking questions throughout the session.

I am thrilled to share that within just 4 hours of the event, our Facebook live video garnered an impressive 1.3 thousand views! Moreover, our AWS Cloud Club BRAC University meetup group has grown to 581 members, a testament to the growing interest in cloud technologies among our student community.
