Filmed during the evening peak hours, the bus interchange is being kept in a constant rush from the numerous bus services entering and leaving the premises. In 2023, a new Bus Service 230 was also launched to offset the loading of the heavily utilised Bus Service 238 to the new BTOs at Kim Keat.

Compared to 2018, there are noticeable changes in the bus fleet. Older buses such as the Volvo Super Olympian and Volvo B9TL (CDGE variant) have been phased out, and newer models such as the MAN A22 (both Euro 5 and 6 variants) and MAN A95 now have a larger presence in this particular bus interchange.
