Nintendo just killed Heaven Studio... What happens now?

Nintendo has issued a copyright claim against Heaven Studio, the open source, fan-made toolkit for making and sharing custom Rhythm Heaven levels. So what happens now? The development team have steered course for Plan B to keep the project alive and I'm here to share it with you along with my personal thoughts.
