The truth of the concept behind the division of Rana into A B and C class by Chandra Shumsher J BR.
After Jung Bahadur Rana took over as the prime minister of Nepal, he started a hereditary Prime Ministerial rule - His brothers and his sons were on the line of succession. But, the clash between his family members caused the removal of all the children of Jung Bahadur. His brother's sons instead took the name JBR (Jung Bahadur Rana) at the end of their names and added Shumsher in between. There was a clash between Shumsher clan - so the A B and C division started.
