I Gave Dragonscale Blade The Love It Deserves

Today, this blade gets the respect it deserves.
The Dragonscale Blade has been largely overlooked by players due to its underwhelming stats, but everyone seems to unanimously agree that it's one of the coolest-looking and lore-rich swords in the game. So, it's time to give this blade what it's earned.

An entirely new moveset, regular lightning damage, and plenty of frost lightning-themed flourishes... and it's actually half-balanced! Well, maybe not. I'm not finished with it yet, but I'll share an update if I ever get back around to editing this. This was a fun project.
