So happy to share my new self-made music video for Carry On, filmed at home! I wanted Carry On to be the last track on the EP because this song always brings me a sense of resolution & closure. After going through such dark & complicated emotions in My Own Worst Enemy, Carry On is a statement of intent to pick myself up & hold my head high after beating myself down for so long. I didn’t even realize til I was listening to my vinyl test pressings, Carry On also starts on the same exact chord that My Own Worst Enemy ends on, almost like it’s continuing on the story from where MOWE left off! I wanted to symbolize all of this in the music video for Carry On. Sometimes that voice in our head can be our greatest enemy, and sometimes it can also be our greatest asset.
