The newest roller coaster at Playland, Vancouver, Canada's Amusement Park, is ThunderVolt! 4K On-Ride POV, Front Row. The coaster is interesting because its track is manufactured by Intamin, and was once a hydraulic-launched roller coaster located all the way at Miragica in Italy. Zamperla purchased the track after the Italian theme park closed, and transformed the roller coaster into an LSM-launched ride with its new "Lightning" model trains. The ride offers some quick transitions, airtime, and low-ground turns in its very tight layout.

"Canada’s fastest launch coaster [upon opening]. The sequence begins with a specially designed tunnel lined with LED lighting and then flies up into a hill.
