OLD TRAFFORD MANCHESTER BUILDING BOOM | Construction, Demolition Hidden Stories

In this video I go on a walk around the Old Trafford district to investigate some new construction I saw from a passing tram, but I discovered a whole lots more. The Lumina Gardens residential development under construction next to the Lancashire County Cricket Ground and the University UA92 Building, plans for the Old Trafford Manchester United football ground involving demolition of the existing 'Theatre of Dreams' to make way for a new one - plans have not yet been finalised, a flashback of the plans to demolish Trafford Town Hall in the mid-2000s and the empty site that holds memories of a DIY warehouse, a music venue and a bowling alley. I also address the question: Is the Lancashire Cricket Ground in Lancashire and is Old Trafford, home of Manchester United, in Manchester?
