To celebrate its 30th anniversary, PlayStation has introduced several exciting updates and special editions for the PS5:

Startup Nostalgia: The PS5 startup screen temporarily features the iconic Sony Computer Entertainment logo from the original PlayStation, followed by a 30th-anniversary logo, invoking nostalgia for longtime fans.
Dynamic Themes: Users can now select themes inspired by previous PlayStation generations, including matching sounds and visuals reminiscent of PS1, PS2, PS3, and PS4. These themes are available for a limited time through the console's settings.

30th Anniversary Limited Editions:
