Diving into the meat of Karma and creating different types of materials. In this video, I go over the basics of Karma materials and how to setup easy PBR texture materials to get you the photorealistic results quickly using textures! I'll also go over how to setup BSDF materials in Karma and volumetrics. I was going to add a section for Procedural Materials, but I honestly ran out of time creating this video and this video is long enough already. I did manage to squeeze in a fun animation in the introduction of a simple morphing scene that's driven by an attribute value. This drives the blendshape and also drives the Karma material texture change. The purpose was to demonstrate the power of Karma because it's so integrated with Houdini. We have all these rich attributes in Houdini that can be used in the Karma materials to create some interesting results!
