I cut my motorcycle in half! Suzuki GS750 Custom Build

Описание к видео I cut my motorcycle in half! Suzuki GS750 Custom Build

What better use for a free Suzuki GS750 that was pulled out of a literal barn than to cut it in half to build my first custom motorcycle frame?

Now, I've done plenty of modifying stock frames, from cafe racer seat hoops to new subframe and rear suspension pickups, but I've never gone as far as what you'll witness today. The only pieces of the factory frame I'll be using are the original neck tube (due to the vin stamp) and the lower engine rails(because they're complicated) Everything else is getting tossed!

The techniques I use here are probably unorthodox and perhaps not the most effective way to do this, but it's a learning process for all of us. Better to dive in and screw up than to never have done it at all, especially in a low stakes situation like this.
