In today’s video we’re working through a custom sawmill job for a customer, cutting logs into lumber before he comes to pick up the finished stack. We show the full process from loading logs, milling them into boards, and stacking the finished lumber.

Along the way, I’m sharing why we decided to invest in a sawmill for the homestead in the first place, and showing off a few equipment upgrades we’ve added to maximize our milling efficiency.
