Is Asphalt 9: Legends Multiplayer Broken?

I wanted to make this video about Asphalt 9's multiplayer status since I completed my series about literally the best car you can use for multiplayer since the new update dropped, as well as the previous one... well, basically, a car so good that kinda broke the entire multiplayer system- Can this racing game multiplayer be fixed?
