Composed by Madurai R. Muralidharan in Ragam Shanmukhapriya, this piece is a vibrant and fast paced Kavuthuvam. The dancer depicts the valor, unique attributes, and supreme knowledge of Lord Muruga. The story of his birth is shown, where the six sparks emanated from Lord Shiva's third eye were placed in the Saravana pond on six lotuses, forming the six faces of the Lord. His wisdom is also portrayed as he tells his father, Lord Shiva, the meaning of "Om". He joyfully rides on the peacock as he travels around protecting his devotees.
