In this episode, you can see that the owner of Mahdia's house is planning to go on a pilgrimage to Iraq, and she goes to say goodbye to Mahdia and Ali, and there Tehmina also comes with her and they go on a journey.
Arbaeen (Arabic: al-Arbaeen) literally means the fortieth, and in Islamic terminology, it is a Shiite religious ceremony that takes place on the 20th of the month of Safar, forty days after the day of Ashura, the day of the killing of Hussein bin Ali, the grandson of Muhammad, the son of Ali bin Abi Talib and Fatima. Zahra and the third Imam of Shiites is held in Karbala.
Hossein bin Ali and 71 of his companions were killed in the battle of Karbala in 61 by the army of Obaidullah bin Ziyad. Today, a large population of Shiites walk towards Karbala on the days close to Arbaeen and form one of the largest walking ceremonies in the world, which in some years the number of participants is estimated to be more than 45 million pilgrims.
In recent years, the crowd present at the Arbaeen mourning ceremony in Iraq has been one of the largest peaceful gatherings in the world. According to the head of Karbala provincial council, the number of pilgrims of Arbaeen Hosseini in 1394 (2015 AD, 1437 lunar year) has reached 27 million people. This number of pilgrims entered Karbala during 10 days and left after the pilgrimage. [17][18][19] In December 2014 (1436 AH), about 20 million people gathered in Iraq. [20][21] [22][23][24][25]

In the days leading up to Arbaeen, millions of people walk the Najaf-Karbala route for about three days and are entertained and accommodated in the processions.[26]

Most non-Iraqi pilgrims walk the 80-kilometer route from Najaf to Karbala in three days in a peaceful procession. The government of Iran is trying to register the Hosseini Arbaeen ceremony jointly with the country of Iraq as a spiritual heritage in the list of UNESCO's spiritual works.
While Arbaeen is one of the rituals of Imami Shiites, Sunni Muslims and even Christians, Zoroastrians and Sabaeans participate in the pilgrimage and help in performing the ceremonies. Pilgrims from European countries including Sweden, Russia and even a delegation from Vatican City have participated in this ceremony. Some Iraqi Christian religious leaders also joined the Vatican delegation.
