Suspicious Minds. Ukulele cover with chords - Elvis Presley - Fine Young Cannibals - easy to play

Suspicious Minds. Written by American songwriter Mark James in 1968. He was the first to record it, however after his version failed commercially, it was recorded by the GREAT Elvis Presley and, well...we all know how THAT turned out!

Anyway...I was at my parent's retirement home a few weeks ago, and one of the residents, Carmen, revealed that she was and is a HUGE Elvis fan, and had seen him many, many times back in the day. So....this one is in her honor!

There are a few other cover versions....Dwight Yoakam, Dee Dee Warwick, Waylon Jennings...and probably a few more covers out there. But let's be honest: Elvis owns it!

PS I kept it in the same key as Elvis. It's slightly too low for me, however it's such a joy to play in this key (G) and not so much in my key (Bb).
