So the strategy for this build is to apply Resonate Stack (need only 1) by landing Ki Resonation: Punch, on as many enemies as you can. With Tavern Brawler feat and high STR, You will have 95%+ chance to hit on most of the enemies. Then you want to group enemies close to one another. Black Hole power will do great here, becouse there is no save on pulling enemies to the center. Then use Ki Resonation: Blast and enjoy the lags ;D
Need 9 levels of Open Hand Monk to unlock Ki Resonation. Then I took 3 levels of Rogue Thief just for Bonus Action and light armor. I took Tavern Brawler feat and Moderatly Armored to equip armor with high AC and shield just for more defence. Its not fully min/maxed build, you can still improve it.
