Today I was making a batch of chaffles to use as bread for sandwiches and I wanted to share this recipe with you! It is perfect for our 30 day clean keto challenge. They are really good if you pop it in the toaster for about 30-45 seconds to warm them up. Let me know what you think! This made 3 big chaffles and 2 in the griddle. (12 small chaffles)
Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten
6 Tablespoon or 3 oz Mayo (1/3 C)
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
2 Tablespoon Coconut flour
Seasonings of your choice!

If you want to try a smaller portion (This should make you 2 small chaffles)
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon coconut flour
1 Tablespoon mayo
pinch of baking powder
