Are you tired of those goofy goober Gondians running right past the ladder on turn 5? Don't want to save and reload and spend four hours doing this mission but you are cursed to put your hands on everything? Prep checklist (spells or scrolls):

3x Haste
2x Misty Step per character
2x Dimension Door per character
1x Mirror Image (or more)
1x Knock
1x Speed Potion

You can also use Arcane Gate, which I didn't showcase, but it's concentration and you cannot use it with Haste.
