"Hello I'm Paul Sokol and this is the overview video for the June 2014 free campaign of the month. This month, we are going to streamline our hiring process by only interviewing people that can follow instructions and stay engaged.

Here is the general idea: When someone wants to apply for a job, they first provide their basic contact information. Next, they have to confirm their email and then answer a couple more questions to finish applying. At this point, a task is created for someone to reach out and see about scheduling an interview.

Thats it! By making job applicants jump through some very simple hoops, it will filter out potential hires that would just waste your time. Let's dig in a little more.

The campaign starts when someone goes to the hiring application part 1 landing page. When you implement this for your business, this page will contain information about the specific job you are looking to fill. Once someone submits their contact information, they are asked to confirm their email address.

Once they confirm their email address, they are tagged as a potential hire and are driven to the hiring application part 2. Out of the box, this landing page contains five questions to get a decent feel for the kind of person applying. Of course, you can always add or remove as many questions as you want on this page.

After someone submits part 2, a task is created to follow up with this potential hire. Most likely to schedule some type of live interview.

Of course, your hiring process has more moving parts than just collecting this first round of information. You can always expand upon this starting point that this campaign provides and customize after this part for your business' specific hiring process. For example, maybe you create an internal form right here that collects the date and time of someone's scheduled interview.

As with any campaign in the marketplace, all setup instructions you need to launch live under the campaign model. Simply install the campaign, follow the instructions, and you'll have it up and running in no time!
