Hooking into GIANT FLUKE!! ** Long Island Sound **

Took our first trip in the Long Island Sound this morning. Right from the start of the trip we were hooking into fluke. As the day progressed we were hooking into a couple giant, keeper fluke! I went out with the intent of catching porgy ( scup ) and some sea robins, maybe see a Striped Bass ( which we did ) but I did not expect summer time fluke fishing out of the Long Island sound .. maybe I'm just ignorant. It is fluke season, I should have expected it.
