Kaela accidentally captures a guard (instead of capturing the intended target: a merchant) and eventually puts him to work on the Assembly Line™. Biboo follows suit shortly afterwards, capturing her own human during a moment of confusion in a raid, and also has him work around the base as a "Buddy".
For humans in Palworld, I'm surprised they don't have the same capabilities as the player. They're mostly trash at combat and don't provide any ranch drops (don't think about it), so it would be nice for them to at least be multi-faceted in terms of working around the base. At least have them be able to plant, water, and harvest plants. You could say that it's to not promote forcing humans into work, but these devs aren't the ones to be given that excuse.
