The Bible teaches us that Hell is a place of pain and suffering beyond anything we can imagine. And just as we don't have the full capability of understanding all the glory of heaven, we don't have the comprehension to imagine all the agony of Hell. It's worse than anything we could ever come up with. The Bible says it's a place of endless suffering, endless suffering. It's a place where there's weeping and gnashing of teeth. That description of Hell always made me cringe and it still does. A place of fire, brimstone, a place where the soul never, never finds relief.
