OM System HLD-10 grip for OM-1 mark II

Review of OM System HLD-10 grip which is compatible with Olympus OM-1 and OM System OM-1 Mark II. The HLD-10 is referred to as a Power Battery Holder or power grip. It provides a portrait grip for shooting vertical photos and videos while also allowing an additional BLX-1 battery to be used with the OM-1 or OM-1 Mark 2.

OM System HLD-10 Power Battery Grip
This power battery holder is a grip designed for the Olympus OM-1 and OM System OM-1 Mark II. It offers similar controls in the vertical position as the horizontal position.

It maintains an IP53 dust-proof and splash-proof construction when paired with the OM System OM-1. When two BLX-1 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Batteries are in the camera and the HLD-10 are used together, approximately 1,040 shots (based on CIPA tests) can be captured. When attached to the OM System OM-1, the BLX-1 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery can be charged inside the HLD-10 via the USB-C port on the camera.
