Jessi Galligan, Executive Director at Pella Historical Museums, shared the history and legacy of Pella’s Tulip Festival. First organized in 1935, Tulip Time is a celebration of the community’s history and Dutch heritage. Learn how the festival began, how it changed and grew over the years, and how the town continues to host hundreds of thousands of visitors during the first weekend in May each year.
