We did it!!

We have been a little quiet here but if you follow us on Facebook and Instagram you know we’ve been going through it.

But we did it! Stage Two is complete!

Final antibiotic dose has been picked up and will be administered this afternoon.

We did it! Jason did it! 60 days of hard hitting antibiotics are coming to an end. 60 days of daily hospital runs for medicine have come to an end. 60 days of living in survival mode are coming to an end (well, not really. That’ll come after the final surgery, I hope...).

A new chapter is beginning. One that includes closing the hole in Jason’s head, getting back on the road, and having the best holiday season ever!

It will be a very long time before we can fully process all of this.

One more hurdle. One more surgery.

Thank you for being here and for continuing to be here. Thank you for standing by our sides. You did this with us. This is as much our accomplishment as yours. You never gave up hope and that hope filled us with the strength to fight.

We did it!
