Steel Pans Become Non-Stick at THIS Temperature (Leidenfrost Effect Solved)

What temperature does a stainless steel pan need to reach for the Leidenfrost Effect to occur? I conducted extensive tests to find out, and in this video, I reveal my findings. You'll see my testing process using three different pans and learn the ideal temperature range to prevent food from sticking— no more guessing or inconsistent results.

If you're not familiar with it, the Leidenfrost Effect occurs when a liquid comes into contact with a surface significantly hotter than its boiling point, creating a protective vapor layer. This phenomenon is key to achieving non-stick properties in stainless steel pans without non-stick coatings.
