Risk of Rain 2 - Eclipse 8 Benthic Bloom Huntress

If you've forgotten since I basically haven't tried to do too many Eclipse runs so here's the playlist. It's actually been longer than a year, when I last posted the Eclipse 8 MUL-T

If you consume Risk of Rain 2 content, you know the enormous backlash this update has gotten so much. So to get it out of the way I downpatched to get this Eclipse 8, because there were a lot of bugs that were bothering me. The biggest one being that framerates affecting so many different things like the director, attack frequencies and others. I'm not as knowledgeable but the one where you can't attack the Vagrant's bubble attack stood out to me as well as not being able to take damage from the Imp Overlord spikes. I'm not going to stay on the downpatch forever, unless RoR2 really did die on the patch's arrival, and I'm really hoping a revert or an update is going to made soon so I can work on the newer characters on Eclipse and get those skins for everyone else.

With that out of the way, Huntress finally made her way to the completed Eclipse 8 pool. I was trying to make use of the War Horn with Woodsprite and that did save me for the first 4 stages and helped speed up the stages. Plasma Shrimp damage basically carried most of my damage. When comparing my first couple of E8 tries, I'm more comfortable getting close to Mithrix, but it really depends on the character and if I have a double jump. That leaves me with 7 more characters before I can get the full Eclipse 8 roster (and then I have 3 more with the DLC, but I'm really holding out on a stablizing patch). Artificer(7), Mercenary (7), REX (8), Loader (8), Acrid (8), Captain (7), Railgunner (8) are the ones left on the table for me. We'll see if I can get them done soon, but I was just glad to be playing Risk of Rain 2 again.
