If you are passionate about quilting and you love using Benartex fabrics join us for the Butterflies & Bowties Challenge. From October 2023 to January 2024, we challenge all quilters to unleash their creativity and make their unique version of the classic Old Maid’s Puzzle block using Benartex fabrics.

What it is
Earlier this year during one of our meetings with the Benartex designers to plan the season ahead, they expressed their interest in doing a collective project, that would allow them to work together and at the same time express their unique style. Of course, we immediately said yes, because these are two fundamental aspects of quilting inextricably connected to the history and craftsmanship of this art. This is how the Butterflies and Bowties Project was born.

How to participate
Rules:
1. Create an Old Maid’s Puzzle block using Benartex fabrics (any collection–old or new!)
2. Post pictures on your social media platforms tagging Benartex and using the following hashtags:
#benartex #benartexfabrics #createinspiredelight #butterfliesandbowtieschallenge

Optional:
Send your blocks to us to be used alongside our designers blocks in quilts that we will be raffling off for charity.
