Responsibilities :
• Communicate with product management teams to gather requirements for further analysis
• Design and develop new functionality using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Participate in peer code reviews and solution design discussions
• Plan deployments and maintain the code and solutions after deployment
• Provide support to clients and answer questions / provide training on the developed applications
• Report progress and recommend suggestions for improvement across all related products
• Deliver product status updates and run client delivery meetings

Qualifications
Requirement:
• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft 365 solutions
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and customization best practices
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English

• SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
• Power Automate (Flow)
• Power Pages
• REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams extensibility
• PnP PowerShell
• PowerBI Integration
• AI Builder
• Agile/Scrum Familiarity
