NORSE MYTHOLOGY STORY #1:
Today we start a new series of stories about Norse mythology. We start with an introduction to the most important Norse gods and goddesses we will come across in the following 12 stories of Norse mythology. Who are the gods and goddesses of Norse mythology? What is special about them? What are their tasks and what powers do they have? We'll learn about the background of gods like Odin, his son Thor, Odin's blood brother Loki, Heimdall, the guardian of the gods, Frey and his sister Freya and Balder, the popular one among the gods of Asgard.
