Скачать или смотреть 'Alpilean Scam' Is in Google Searches, Here's What I Found

It is the night of Nov. 4, 2022, and Google users are looking up the words Alpilean scam and reviews, apparently about a weight loss support pill product that is marketed as, "The Alpine Secret for Healthy Weight Loss." Please click the like button, the thumbs up button, to help me out.

I want to discuss my findings. I first did a simple Google search for Alpilean to learn more about the product and to figure out if scammers were using the product to run a scam, and to find reviews. What I found was not a surprise.

It appears that scammers in India and perhaps other countries are using this product name Alpilean without the permission of the company to run a scam, and I’m not sure why. A search for nothing other than Alpilean brought up an ad that mentioned “Shark Tank,” even though the company never endorsed this product.

I noticed that OutlookIndia.com, TheHinduBusinessline.com, TheHindu.com, and TribuneIndia.com were all heavily marketing something about the product and claimed their articles were reviews. However, they were product descriptions, product pitches, and I am not sure where the links in these articles from India led, but I don’t recommend clicking. Also, these appeared to be sponsored content articles, meaning that someone might have been paying for them.

This reminds me of scam activity around CBD and keto gummies, where scammers used product names and even celebrity images and likenesses without permission, like the cast of “Shark Tank.” I saw OutlookIndia.com all of the time with those.

My recommendation is to stay far away from these Indian websites. This video is not a product review. Rather, my goal is to help educate people about the potential scams out there being pushed by people in foreign countries known for scams.
