Pogo-dni — rock’n’roll therapy in action

*Pogo-dni* is a unique Polish rock band whose vocal core consists of people with disabilities and passionate rock enthusiasts. For over a decade, they have been sharing their love of music by performing their own, original renditions of Polish rock classics alongside several self‑written songs. Their music is more than just performance — it’s a form of powerful, rock’n’roll‑fueled music therapy, bringing joy, energy, and inclusion to the stage and beyond.

The band was founded and has been led ever since by *Mariusz “Długi” Grzesiek* — an artist, therapist, and special education teacher — who turned his vision of combining rock music and therapy into reality. Under his guidance, Pogo‑dni developed a distinctive, heartfelt style and have won the hearts of audiences wherever they play.

“For 10 years we’ve been drawing from rock music all the best it has to offer: its honesty, its therapeutic power, and its energy. We’re thrilled to perform in our hometown, known as the Capital of Polish Rock, at a festival with such an amazing history and such a huge role in the development of Polish rock music. As always, we’ll give it our all — and the spirit of rock & roll will dance pogo with us on stage and with the audience in front of it,” the band says.

Through their music, Pogo‑dni continue to prove that rock knows no boundaries — only passion, expression, and the will to share your voice. Their concerts are a celebration of inclusion, sincerity, and the timeless power of rock’n’roll.
