Is Alexandra cancer donation video a scam or Legit?

In this video, I exposed the online Scam that got scammed over 16,000 people and this charity scam was one propagated by YouTube Ads.

Important Read
This child was allegedly used to perpetrate this scam and is innocent. I hope the people who did this be brought justice if she really doesn't have cancer.

My Theory:
She might actually have cancer, no one's sure, but there are so many red flags that tells otherwise.

The reason she is used in the thumbnail
I personally didn't want to use the little girl's image as the thumbnail for this topic, but i have to, so that anyone who sees this ad first hand will recognize it is a scam and remember they had seen this video.

I will remove the thumbnail after a period when I am sure the ad has been taken down.
I am working towards more investigation and to ensure we take down that video ad.
