The Mushroom armor pieces (Mushroom Head, Mushroom Body, Mushroom Arms, Mushroom Legs) are all picked up together from Seethewater Cave in Mt. Gelmir. To reach the cave, start from the Seethewater River Site of Grace and ride north through the ravine until you see the cave entrance sealed behind an Imp Statue gate. You will need a Stonesword Key gate, and some guides note it takes two keys to open.

Inside Seethewater Cave, the game does the usual helpful thing and fills the place with poison. Bring Neutralizing Boluses (and generally avoid rolling in the poison unless you enjoy being marinated). Progress until you reach the section where you drop down a poisonous waterfall. At the fork after that drop, take the route that heads southwest toward a room with several enemies and a Giant Miranda Sprout. Defeat the Miranda Sprout to earn all the Mushroom set pieces.
