The common causes of back pain is muscle strain and joint dysfunction and awkward position like lifting heavy weights from ground and carrying heavy object, warming up before the strength exercises. Treatment may vary depends on the specific diagnosis, tapping reduces the back pain, trigger release and moist heat also reduces the pain and inflammation. Once the pain and inflammation reduces we go with the range of motion exercises, stability exercises and functional activities, to go with the range of my exercises we give free moments, free moments on the mat and on the ground like walking, jogging etc. Then strengthen exercise we give scars stability exercises, back muscle strengthening exercises and stretching exercises for back muscles and the leg muscles especially hamstring. If the hamstring is tight we have to stretch the hamstring then start with the strengthening exercises that will help to reduce the back pain. Some of the strengthening exercise and need to chest exercises, the core stability exercises, bridging exercises, plank exercise. The important factor is posture maintaining you have to give the proper posture while sitting, standing most of the people and having sedentary Lifestyle because of their work atmosphere to prevent back pain you have to do the exercises regularly, maintain the muscle flexibility and good body posture helps to reduce back pain and maintain your body in the good way.
