Can ethnic minorities succeed in Hong Kong society?

Описание к видео Can ethnic minorities succeed in Hong Kong society?

Filmed, directed, written, interviewed, narrated and edited by Suskihanna Gurung.

For HKU's JMSC2002 TV news production 2017 sem 2 course.
As an ethnic minority university student studying in the University of Hong Kong, I wanted to find out some of the reasons or opinions regarding whether ethnic minorities could succeed in Hong Kong society and what was preventing it from happening. Being in a tertiary institution, I noticed a sudden change from being in a primary and secondary school of 97% non-chinese students to studying with mostly local chinese students all of a sudden. In my freshman year, I noticed being the only Nepalese Hong Konger student in the Arts faculty and my secondary school class mate was the only Nepalese Hong Konger in the Business faculty, in total, there was only two of us. I wanted to know different stakeholder's opinions regarding this issue and what was happening regarding the issue. Also, as this video was made in a time crunch during the semester all by myself there are many aspects the video is lacking in but hopefully this video can help raise awareness of the problems facing ethnic minorities to the general public and the world.
Edited to include more footage and editing than original as the assignment had a time crunch.
