Click on the ‘+’ icon in the Direct messages tab.
In the ‘To:’ bar, enter the names of the individuals you want to create a group chat with.
Your group will be created and you can start by adding your first message.
To edit group details such as name, member list, and more, you can click on the member names under the search bar.
You will then see a pop-up window with group settings such as:some text
About: Here, you can edit the group name.
Members: You can edit the group members here.
Integrations: Here you can add email integrations.
Settings: You can get member details and change group visibility here.

Note: You can also create a group chat by clicking on the ‘+’ icon -} Message options or by simply using ⌘+N.
